For contractors, we use Stripe to process subscription payments. When you provide payment information, it is sent directly to Stripe and stored on their secure servers. We never see or store your full payment card details.

Between Customers and Contractors:

When a contractor expresses interest in a customer's job, we facilitate contact by sharing:

  • Customer → Contractor: Name, phone number, job details
  • Contractor → Customer: Business name, phone number, trade specialization

This direct contact is a core feature of our service. By using HomeHelp24, you consent to this contact exchange.

We Do NOT:

  • Sell your personal data to third parties
  • Share your data with advertisers or marketing companies
  • Use your data for purposes unrelated to operating our marketplace

6. How Long We Keep Your Information
